Shipping Policies

Canadian Shipping: All Canadian orders are shipped using regular mail with Canada Post. Shipping times can vary. Please allow 4 - 15 days for delivery on orders in Canada.  

Please note: If a no tracking shipping option is not selected, if package is lost in transit we are not responsible for covering the cost if package is lost.

Once a package leaves the STELLAR GEAR shop we no longer have control over shipping times. At that point your package becomes the property of Canada Post until it is delivered to your address.

All orders are shipped out within the next 2-4 business days.

 

Incorrect Address
Stellar Gear is not responsible for return shipping if customer enters the wrong shipping address during checkout. Please make sure you include your COMPLETE address when entering it in the checkout process. This includes your apartment number and correct postal code.

 

Are shipping times guaranteed?

We do not guarantee arrival times on shipments. 

What if my item is not delivered or is lost in transit?
Once parcels are collected from our shop they are then property of Canada Post. Stellar Gear is legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.

 

What are the taxes and duties I will have to pay?
In Canada we charge a mandatory 5%  to all Canadian buyers. 

 

EXCHANGES ONLY.

  1. Re-package your Item-  We can only accept items that are in new condition with original tags and packaging in place.
  2. Include your Orginal Order Number- There is no need to call us and get a separate return authorization number.  Exchanges are processed based on your original order number.  Simply include your invoice with reason of exchange or a separate note with your order number.  If you have misplaced your order number, email us so we can further assist you: stellargear@sasktel.net
  3. Address and Ship your Return- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking, unless the item was damaged in production.

What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.

 

How often do you restock?
Restock is done on a seasonal basis. For our core pieces, they are carried into all seasons.

 

Where do you ship?
We ship Canada only for now.

Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Stellar Gear for any reason.
